Bisnode Master Agreement

Advising Swedish weighing company Ratos AB and holding company Bonnier Group on the sale of Bisnode AB to Dun-Bradstreet. Ratos and Bonnier have signed an agreement to sell all of their stakes in Bisnode, with the exception of their activities in Belgium, for an approximate value of 7.2 billion kronor. Bisnode has signed an agreement with the owners of SN4 International Oy (SN4), a leader in customer experience management (CEM) and marketing automation technology, with companies in different sectors. SN4 activities are coordinated with Bisnode`s current operations in Finland and Sweden. SN4 employs 16 people in Finland and Sweden and generated annual sales of 2.6 million euros in 2014. „We see SN4 as an excellent opportunity to develop, strengthen and modernize marketing services in both Finland and other Nordic countries. We welcome SN4 to Bisnode.“ In agreement with its members, the association DW has therefore formulated, in the interest of legal certainty when processing the data legally collected to assess creditworthiness, the list below of the deadlines for verifying the need to delete personal data stored in master files. The deadlines set out in this document set uniform standards and constitute a voluntary commitment by members to abide by the rules set out in this document and to adapt to that code of conduct. The rules of conduct set out here are intended to ensure that the latest global rules and standards for combating money laundering and terrorist financing (AML/CTF) are largely based on the G20/G20/OECD/FATF principles. This means that orga nizations have several advantageous rules to manage for owners.
